an early Mother's Day gift!A 50 mm f/1.8D AF for my Nikon D50. I'm quite excited! A fair amount of people say you get a lot of "bang" for your buck! I cant wait to see the difference in sharpness! It will be a while till I get it (like a week a least!) UGG! I'll be sure to post some pictures to see if you can tell the difference:-) It will be challenging using a "fixed" lens and having to move my body in and out instead of the lens! Till then, happy picture taking:-)

I got a fixed lens back in Janurary and I LOVE it! It did take me a while to get used to not being able to zoom in and out, but it take gorgeous low light pics!!!! You are going to have so much fun with that lens! Happy Mother's Day to you!
