A view thru my lens...my Crazy cancer journey.: Erika Rocks Roanoke!

Erika brought her message to Roanoke and appeared on WDBJ 7 of Roanoke. She is a 8 year colon cancer survivor and graces the cover of the 2009 Colondar. Check out her bio here at the Colon Club.

Pray For:

NEW PRAISE: I've just really began to notice that I have better feelings in my fingers, so the neuropathy is going away! My toes are still bit though. But YEAH!
NEW PRAISE: My financial needs have been met! My "looming chemo" bill is NO MORE!
PRAISE: I AM CANCER FREE! Praise God for all that he is doing in my life .
1. Continue to heal my body even after surgery.
2.Keep my blood counts at a healthly state
3. PRAISE: DONE W/ CHEMO!!! May god still protect my body from lingering side effects.
4. My children as they are going through change with this whole process and being out of routine at times.
5. My husband to be the great provider he is for this family and continues to be.
6. Nick is starting 2nd grade and will be a real challenge for him.
7. To enjoy every experience with family.
8. Financial needs...paying those medical bills...thus far God has been good:-)
9. Pray for all those going through cancer and their treatments...Physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Lord, my sense of timing is fallible and imperfect;
Yours is not. Let me trust in Your timetable for my life,
and give me the patience and the wisdom
to trust Your plans, not my own.
Amen.
